She specializes in leadership development, organizational strategy, and culture transformation to align talent, culture, and business goals for measurable impact. Robin holds a B.S. in Psychology & Education from Howard University and an M.S. in Organization Development from American University (AU/NTL).
Shirleyne Mcdonald
Shirleyne brings 25+ years of leadership experience in operational efficiency and compliance. She designs innovative, human-centered solutions and coaches teams to achieve lasting results and thriving environments. Shirleyne earned a B.A in International Relations from George Washington University and an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
